The F-Gas obligations, tracked by CO₂e rather than by memory.
Leak-check intervals are set by carbon dioxide equivalent, not by the weight of the charge — so the register works it out from the refrigerant and the kilograms, and tells you which systems sit outside the regime entirely.
Combined from £299 a month, plus the HVAC add-on from £49. Both priced per company.
The interval comes from the CO₂e band, and so does the exemption.
Two systems with the same charge in kilograms can sit in different bands, because the refrigerant’s global warming potential is what converts one into the other. Getting that wrong means checking too rarely.
Worked out from the charge
Give it the refrigerant and the kilograms and it computes the CO₂e. GWPs are taken from the ones the GB regime actually uses, and blends are calculated from their components rather than looked up in a table that may be on a different basis.
Intervals by band
12 months at 5 tonnes, 6 at 50, 3 at 500 — halved again where fixed leak detection is fitted, and detection is compulsory at the top band.
It says when nothing is due
Systems below 5 tonnes, and hermetically sealed systems below 10, sit outside the regime. The register says so with the reason, rather than quietly scheduling nothing and leaving you to wonder.
The re-test after a repair
A repaired leak has to be re-checked within one month. That date is generated, not typed, so it cannot be set to something kinder.
Cylinders and gas
Bought, charged, recovered, returned — reconciled, because the figures have to add up when somebody asks.
Engineer categories
F-Gas categories held against the engineer, so the work they are allowed to do is on the system rather than in somebody’s head.
Commissioning, handover and the jobs behind them.
The compliance register is only half of it. The other half is getting the work done and invoiced.
Commissioning and service certificates
On the same certificate engine as the rest — branded PDF, sequential numbering, filed against the client and site.
Handover packs
O&M manuals built from the job rather than reconstructed a fortnight later, with the datasheets attached.
Service and projects
Jobs numbered for life, auto-scheduled by location and put in route order, phone job cards, recurring maintenance visits that book themselves.
Quoting and invoicing
Price list with markup and labour, options the client picks, online acceptance, applications for payment with retention, CIS, and a two-way Xero connection.
